Corporate Knights annual Best 50 Corporate Citizens ranking also places
Co-operators first amongst Canadian financial institutions.

GUELPH, ON (June 30, 2023) – Co-operators is proud to be recognized by Corporate Knights for our commitment to building a resilient and sustainable society in Canada and around the world.

In the annual Best 50 Corporate Citizens ranking, Co-operators is ranked as the top insurer globally, the top financial institution in Canada and sixth overall. This marks the 14th consecutive year Co-operators has been in the Best 50 ranking, and continues to underscore our leadership across environmental, social, and governance-related sustainability performance indicators.
