The Best GTA employer list is compiled by the AON Hewitt Human Resources consulting firm in partnership with Queen's School of Business and, Queen's Centre for Business Venturing using the results of confidential employee engagement surveys. The surveys measure three key criteria: employees' willingness to speak positively about their organization; their desire to continue to work there; and the extra effort and dedication they are willing to exert to ensure the success of the company.
